Based on the company's requirements, we select 5-20 potential candidates for an exclusive recruiting event, either at the QX Manor in Frankfurt or at the partner's location. 

In addition, we develop an effective narrative (storyline) for empathetic personal introductions and "engagement" of highly qualified candidates.
