ICU Scholarship: The Future of Leadership

The ICU Scholarship (Identifying and Cultivating Unusual Leadership) is the QX Leadership Society’s leadership scholarship. Each year, the top 40 candidates are selected from thousands of applications representing more than 400 universities across German-speaking countries and invited to the ICU Leadership Finale. Two days designed to inspire, challenge, and connect. What matters here is character, substance, and trust, beyond titles, grades, or status. Leadership begins with the impact you have on others.

Each year, 10 individuals are named ICU Scholars. They demonstrate that true leadership is earned through meaningful contribution, authenticity, and the courage to take responsibility. Through their presence, character, and impact, they inspire others.

The ICU Scholarship goes beyond achievement to recognize the ability to connect with and inspire others. It is a platform for character, awareness, and the potential to shape the future. ICU Scholars receive one year of unrestricted access to all QX events worldwide and join a reverse mentoring partnership with an entrepreneur or senior leader.

They gain visibility, trust, and access to a circle where impact carries more weight than words and leadership is defined by humanity over power. A circle that also values the art of finding your own ikigai and being truly in your element. 

The ICU Scholarship is proof that the future takes shape where character meets joy and impact becomes responsibility.
