The QX Development Center: Where Personality Resonates. The QX Development Center (DC) is our selection and development program. It reveals how individuals make an impact, provide direction, and connect with others.

As our Leadership Resonance Assessment, it serves as the membership accreditation day for those seeking to join the QX Leadership Society. It offers a focused snapshot of their maturity, character, energy, and readiness for the future.

Each DC begins the evening before with a “Serenata,” an informal gathering of all participants and assessors. Over good food, inspiring conversations, and a glass or two of wine, initial connections form and people meet as equals.

The following day, handpicked candidates tackle real business and societal challenges, present their findings, and respond to probing questions. The focus is on character, mindset, and the ability to make an impact rather than perfection. At the heart of the process are each individual’s values, expectations, interests, and needs, along with their authenticity, motivation, and inner clarity.

Charisma, strong communication skills, distinctive traits, and that certain something make the difference. We look for people who move others. Put directly: “What makes others follow you?” The DC looks beyond polished résumés to identify people of stature and substance.

Throughout the Development Center, a panel of experienced entrepreneurs and leaders from the QX community observes participants and reflects with them on their impact, strengths, and potential for growth.

Afterward, every participant receives an individual feedback session and a personal leadership profile, helping them understand where they stand and plan their next steps.

The goal is to recognize both those who already lead and those who will shape the future.

Because leadership is revealed through how we think, how we act, and how we connect with others.
