QX members are thought leaders, technology pioneers, role models, and key decision-makers across all sectors of business and society.

Each year, we conduct interviews with hundreds of ambitious students, young professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs who stand out from over 8,000 submitted résumés. Only the most exceptional candidates are invited after successfully completing the selection process (QX-Development Center) to join the QX community. Over the years, the QX network has evolved into a true social treasure.
