From confidential conversations among six people to major gatherings with more than two hundred participants. What makes these formats special is that they emerge directly from the community, from its ideas, questions, and inspiration.

Academy Constellations: Structured. Knowledge-Driven. Reflective.
The QX Leadership Academy curriculum is the foundation of our learning and development approach. Here, knowledge becomes wisdom, and experience becomes the ability to lead. Through curated programs, workshops, and learning retreats, leaders refine their compass for impact, character, and the future. Offerings range from interpersonal skills seminars and leadership training to supervisory and advisory board programs in partnership with Steinbeis University and Deutsche Börse. The Academy is where insight becomes action.

Impact Constellations are the entrepreneurial lifeblood of QX. Here, entrepreneurs, investors, and visionaries come together to turn ambition into action. Through formats such as the LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE, Search Fund Day, Q-XELERATOR, and IPAI Future Summit, they explore the questions shaping the future, develop business models, pursue investment opportunities, forge partnerships, and amplify their impact. Alongside these gatherings, QX Topic Circles deepen the conversation in areas ranging from AI and private equity to interim management and female leadership.
