Thomas is the founder, visionary, and driving force behind QX. Since its inception in 1995, he has served as a trusted advisor to countless entrepreneurs and executives, guiding them through various stages of their personal and professional journeys—from their studies to top management.

He advises top executives of global corporations and SMEs on leadership challenges such as executive search, board advisory, succession planning, and management audits.

He recharges by spending time with his modern family, traveling across more than 80 countries, or enjoying a fine glass of wine. His best ideas emerge during endurance training or while hiking in the great outdoors.

Yannick has been passionately growing the QX community since 2012. As Managing Director, he leads QX’s core Executive Search & Leadership Placement business. After studying International Management in Dublin and Reutlingen, he worked at leading international consulting firms. In 2014, he founded the MBA World Summit, establishing it as a premier global networking event for the MBA community.

Yannick coaches emerging and established leaders, serving as a "joker" in their career journeys while helping organizations build a strong and sustainable people infrastructure.

Privately, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, has a passion for travel and sports, and is driven by meaningful exchanges with inspiring individuals.

Fynn is QX’s Event and Community Manager, responsible for planning and delivering all events and programs. He also organizes everything from offsites and board meetings to client and team events. As our Wingman, he is the first point of contact for members, bringing a personal, approachable, and reliable touch to every interaction.

Fynn joined the team in 2024, bringing exceptional hospitality skills honed over years as a bartender at Frankfurt Airport’s First Class Terminal. He thrives on connecting with fascinating people, sharing memorable experiences, and discovering new places. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, travel, good food, and spending time with his friends and his dog.

Leon contributes his finance and accounting expertise to the QX team as an independent contractor and oversees membership accreditation. After completing vocational training as a tax assistant, he began studying business administration at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Alongside his studies, he runs PAYRIGHT Frankfurt, his own payroll services firm, supporting small and midsize businesses with payroll and financial bookkeeping.

Outside of work, Leon most enjoys spending time with his family. Whenever he gets the chance, you’ll find him riding his Harley, getting a new tattoo, or enjoying a relaxed evening with friends and a cold beer.

Alondra is completing an office management apprenticeship at QX Quarterly Crossing while running two businesses in the Philippines and supporting an au pair network. Based in Frankfurt, she balances her training, entrepreneurship, and community work while also building her own home in Tarlac.

Originally from the Philippines, she studied to become an English teacher and gained customer service experience at T-Mobile. As an au pair in Germany, she discovered her passion for working with children and cultural exchange. Alondra brings a strong instinct for organization, coordination, and human connection, and thrives in environments where people grow together.

Maximilian Purucker has been part of the QX Society since 2017, making a distinctive contribution to the network ever since. As the lead for City Circles, he brings regional QX groups together with a keen sense of atmosphere, relationships, and what truly connects people.

As an independent host and culinary partner, Max also brings his entrepreneurial spirit to a wide range of events and experiences. His signature touch is unmistakable, from thoughtfully composed menus to homemade bread that adds warmth and character to gatherings at QX Manor and beyond. For him, food is more than a pleasure. It is an expression of connection, appreciation, and togetherness.

What excites Max about QX is the people. The diversity of personalities, life stories, and perspectives inspires him every day, both personally and professionally.

Marco supports QX as an external consultant in Executive Search & Leadership Placement. He focuses on direct candidate outreach, candidate engagement, and interview scheduling and process coordination across active search assignments. He also supports selected IT initiatives, keeping technical workflows and data structures running smoothly behind the scenes.

With a background in pharmacy and ongoing master’s studies in chemistry, Marco brings a scientific research perspective, strong analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail. He values clear structures and continuous improvement.

Outside of work, his interests include gaming, anime, TV series, karate, and philosophical questions.
