Additionally, they engage in self-assessment regarding key personality traits and receive external perception feedback from jurors and peers.<\/p>\n<p>Authenticity, charisma, strong communication skills\u2014but also individuality and distinctive traits, that certain \"X-factor\"\u2014are what define QX members. These are precisely the qualities we seek throughout the Development Center, as we evaluate the 10 to 15 invited participants.<\/p>\n<p>Based on all observations and insights, the jury creates an individualized leadership potential profile for each participant\u2014always aligned with their values, expectations, interests, and needs. The goal is to provide the most accurate forecast of their future performance as an entrepreneur or top executive.
