The QX Development Center (DC) is our multiple-times-per-year selection assessment for new members of the QX network.<\/p>\n

Each DC begins the evening before with a \"Serenata,\" an informal get-together of all participants and jurors, featuring a relaxed dinner and a glass or two of wine.<\/p>\n

The following day, the carefully selected candidates tackle real-world challenges, present their results, and face critical questioning. Additionally, they engage in self-assessment regarding key personality traits and receive external perception feedback from jurors and peers.<\/p>\n

Authenticity, charisma, strong communication skills\u2014but also individuality and distinctive traits, that certain \"X-factor\"\u2014are what define QX members. These are precisely the qualities we seek throughout the Development Center, as we evaluate the 10 to 15 invited participants.<\/p>\n

Based on all observations and insights, the jury creates an individualized leadership potential profile for each participant\u2014always aligned with their values, expectations, interests, and needs. The goal is to provide the most accurate forecast of their future performance as an entrepreneur or top executive. These impressions are thoroughly discussed in a personalized final feedback session, serving both as a self-assessment and as a foundation for formulating meaningful development scenarios, defining mid- to long-term strategies, and successfully implementing them.<\/p>\n

Based on this foundation, we have been providing recommendations to our clients\u2014from consulting, industrial, financial, technology, and start-up sectors\u2014for nearly 30 years, supporting them in critical new appointments, promotions, or developmental needs.<\/p>\n
