Over good food, inspiring conversations, and a glass or two of wine, initial connections form and people meet as equals.<\/span><\/p>\n The following day, handpicked candidates tackle real business and societal challenges, present their findings, and respond to probing questions. The focus is on character, mindset, and the ability to make an impact rather than perfection. At the heart of the process are each individual\u2019s values, expectations, interests, and needs, along with their authenticity, motivation, and inner clarity.<\/span><\/p>\n Charisma, strong communication skills, distinctive traits, and that certain something make the difference. We look for people who move others.
